Public Offer Agreement for the Provision of Services**

1. General Provisions

1.1. Sole Proprietor Ekaterina Markovna Rozhdestvenskaya, hereinafter referred to as the *Company*, publishes this Public Offer for the provision of training, educational, coaching, group and individual services (hereinafter referred to as the *Services*) presented on the Company’s official website: www.logos-psy.com.

1.2. This document constitutes a public offer. If the Client accepts the terms set forth below, the Client agrees to pay for the Company’s Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

1.3. Therefore, please carefully review the text of this Public Offer. If you do not agree with any provision of the Offer, you are advised to refuse to use the Services provided by the Company or to conclude an individual service agreement by notifying the Company in writing via email: logoscenter@email.cz.
This Agreement is an adhesion contract. By accepting its terms, the Client confirms full and unconditional acceptance of the Agreement by joining it as a whole.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Company undertakes to provide the Services, and the Client undertakes to accept and pay for them in accordance with this Agreement.

2.2. The Services are provided remotely via communication channels chosen by the Client.

2.3. Within the meaning of this Agreement, the Services include participation in the following activities:

* individual assessment (discussion, drawings, responses to questions regarding the Client’s inner and outer world in order to formulate hypotheses and develop new behavioral and thinking strategies to achieve the Client’s goals; analysis of the Client’s internal and external life circumstances);
* individual counseling;
* coaching-based correction;
* educational services;
* participation in training groups.

2.4. Services are delivered through individual sessions or group participation conducted online via the Client’s preferred communication channel: Skype, Viber, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Zoom, or telephone call.

2.5. The Client shall inform the Company in advance of the chosen consultation format and method of delivery using any of the communication methods specified in clause 3.1 of this Agreement.

3. Service Order Placement

3.1. An order is placed by completing a special form on the Company’s website or via the communication channels listed in clause 2.4. The Client chooses the ordering method at their discretion.

3.2. All informational materials presented on the website are for reference purposes only and may not provide exhaustive information about the procedure for rendering the Services.

4. Cost and Payment Procedure

4.1. Sessions are conducted on pre-agreed dates and times via the Client’s preferred communication channel.

4.2. The cost of participation in group programs or webinars is published separately on the website. By registering for an event, the Client confirms acceptance of the stated price.

4.3. Payment is made in full prepayment form via cashless transfer. Funds are transferred to the Company’s account specified by the trainer or by card payment on the website.

4.4. The moment of payment is deemed to be the time when funds are credited to the Company’s account.

4.5. The Client may also make advance payment for several Services at their discretion. In this case, payment may be made via bank transfer or alternative payment systems (by agreement).

4.6. In case of bank transfer, the Client independently bears any bank fees associated with the transfer of funds.

4.7. The Client is responsible for the accuracy of payments made.

4.8. At any time before the Service is provided, the Client may notify the Company of cancellation at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, regardless of the reason for absence, the Service is payable in full.
If the Company is unable to provide the Service, it shall notify the Client at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the next Service of the same scope will be provided free of charge.

4.9. A Service missed by the Client without prior notice is payable in full. If the trainer misses the Service without notifying the Client, the next Service will be provided free of charge.

4.10. In case of poor internet connection lasting more than 30 minutes, or inability to establish a connection within 15 minutes, the Service will be provided again at no additional cost.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

5.1. The Company shall:

* provide the Services in full accordance with this Agreement;
* maintain confidentiality and anonymity of counseling and participation, except in cases required by law or where disclosure is necessary to prevent harm.

5.2. The Company has the right to:

* use materials obtained during the provision of Services for methodological purposes without identifying the Client;
* terminate Services in cases of disrespectful communication, concealment of significant health information, or other sufficient grounds, with a refund of prepaid funds;
* contact the Client regarding organizational matters.

5.3. The Client shall:

* pay for the Services in accordance with this Agreement;
* by commencing cooperation, confirm full and unconditional acceptance of the Agreement.

5.4. The Client has the right to:

* receive Services in the scope specified in this Agreement;
* request a refund for Services not yet rendered if the Company refuses to fulfill the Agreement;
* terminate cooperation at any stage, bearing responsibility for subsequent psychological consequences.

6. Liability of the Parties

6.1. In case of late or non-provision of the Service, the Company shall refund the amount paid.

6.2. The Company is responsible for compliance with the agreed schedule but is not liable for how the Client uses the received information, decisions made by the Client, or the Client’s emotional or physical condition.

6.3. If the Client fails to attend the session at the scheduled time, the Company has the right to require full payment.

6.4. The Client is responsible for respectful interaction, timely payment, providing accurate health information, not causing harm during sessions, attending sessions in a sober and stable condition, and complying with the agreed schedule.

By accepting this Agreement, the Client also agrees to the User Agreement and Personal Data Processing Policy published on the Company’s website: www.logos-psy.com.
