If you feel bored and indifferent. If you don’t want to get up in the morning. If you keep experiencing daymares. If you feel empty. Feel that there is no way out.
You keep hanging onto the last shreds of hope. Hoping something would change. But nothing happens. You can’t understand your own feelings. Tension and anxiety grow. And then, despair comes as an apotheosis.
Exactly that made me start searching for an answer and realise, what kind of “animal” crisis is, and which keys would let me out of it. For nearly six years I studied this topic. Now I know how to open that cage. I found my own “golden key”.
